Refusal and Resubmission

Greetings,

I would like to know, if my SP was refused do I need to explain my refusal in a new SOP? And do i need to redo all my bank statements to date before submission?

With your GCMS notes which list reasons for your refusal, you explain why you have strengthened your application from the first refusal. You need new statements.

Thanks for the info. Wew would have go through big hassle to collect all the banks statements and documentations again.

Well you have to show statements for a specific period of time from the last 4-6 months. When were your refused. What were your refusal reasons?

Today. Reason " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence."

But what do your GCMS state? I assume you don’t live in your home country based on this reason but your GCMS notes may detail why.

I am waiting for my GCMS. I was born and lived in the country that mentioned in my application. More else I am a lawful tax paying citizen here. I'm guessing that its either my SOP or the mistake of adding my wife and child together in my application. Should have gone single application and upon approval go with SOWP.
