REFUND OF PROCESSING FEE

i need guidance of refund of pnp processing fee paid online.

i paid fee online using my credit card and creating account on cic website.

i couldnt submit my paper application. so i thought to get refund but forgot payment account details. so i created another account for refund but not received any refund or email.

cic web says. it will refund to same credit card and email through which u paid.

pls guide how to get refund to my same credit card but different payment account.

They return generally in 2 to 3 months. Your credit card is same, so need not to worry. They will use credit card number for that.

but i created another account for refund. as i forgot the account i used for paper based fee payment. is it a matter. can i use any way to convey this to cic.

It will refunded to the same CREDIT CARD account. Your bank account is different from credit card account so don't worry even if you change card.

If u have changed the card then it will create problem . They use only card number to refund. They don't have your bank account number.
