Recently, my Spouse OWP application for my wife shockingly got rejected based on some general grounds like " lack of country tie, probability of not returning and so on" however, we tried to provide all the necessary documents possible to ensure that she has a strong country tie and she only needs to be here to support me during my MBA.
Surprisingly, they sent an email to the applicant last week regarding refunds for the application although we did not apply for any refunds! I just asked for the reasons in details for rejection as I WANT TO REAPPLY
NOW, should I proceed with the information they asked for refunds?? What could be the reason since they have already rejected the visa application and didn't say we made any mistakes in the application...
