Hello Guys,
I am from India, and I just wanted to confirm if a person having a Syrian passport can apply for a Canadian Refugee Visa from India.
The person is currently in Lebanon a year before the war broke out in Syria. Currently, the UN have stopped new entries for the visa in Lebanon. He queried me if he can come down to India and apply, as I had no idea regarding this, I am posting the query.
If anybody any help out would be very much appreciated.
