Hello I have an urgent situation in which I have to pick one of three choices

I have a protected person status and I am in Canada my PR application is in its 11th month I wish to get married and my future partner resides outside Canada (not in need of protection) and it seems my only options are the following:

A- get married notify the PR office and add my spouse to my file and wait forever for both my PR and my partner's PR as well
B- get married notify the office but not add my spouse to the application which delays my file for approx 6 months then apply for sponsor under family class wait forever gaining only my PR privilege but lose insane amount of time in the process
C- wait for my PR which after the 11th month could take another 8 months then apply for sponsoring my partner under family class wait forever as well gaining a PR and possibly some time shaved of if and only if the PR gets issues 2 to 3 months on top of the 11 months i waited before before

I am desperate for an answer please advise what a mess...

No matter which option you choose you are going to have to wait. There are no options that will move anything any quicker.

Get married now and add to your PR application (accompanying/non accompanying)there is no difference in the wait times there. Your spouse will have to undergo medical/criminal checks either way. If he/she is non accompanying you will then have to go through the sponsorship portion afterwards when spouse is ready to come to Canada.

Wait out your application then get married, then sponsor. You're still going to wait, however you will then be waiting for as long as it takes to get your PR and then as long as it takes to get approval on spouse sponsorship.

For me, personally, I would opt to get married and then add my spouse to my application for PR as an accompanying dependent. While it might add some more time to your current application it will be faster in the end to reunite you both.
