You might be able to get a visitor visa. The chances are low without citizenship but each case is individual. If you have strong ties to Spain like a job, property, a family in Spain to return to, savings, etc you may be approved. Also would depend on they reason for your visit. You can apply to be an economic immigrant if qualify based on your education and skills. That would be the only way to move to Canada.
