Refugee PR application schedule process?

I’m Apply PR Oct2021, under Refugee category.
I got letter that they Received my application, they Provide me Temporary Application Number.
Anyone can help me to explain
That how long they take to start process my application.
I means usually how long they take Provide Permanent Application Number.

Think you need to prepare yourself that this can be a very long process. Many have been going through the process for years especially if their initial application was refused and they had to appeal or had their appeal denied and then had to apply for H&C. Many are also separated from spouses and children for many years. Processing times to get a hearing have been reduced due to decreased number of asylum claims during Covid and no longer regularly 2+ years although now that Roxham road is open again the amount of applicants have increased again so processing times are likely to increase.

Hello I am Mohammad Naser Naseri one of the formers ANP I escaped from Afghanistan to Iran and now I am in a very bad security, financial especially security situation who Taliban who occupy all Afghanistan and also the iran government deliver the Afghanistan embassy to Taliban in Tehran and I threatened by unknown mobile number to death of myself and my family now I want to send a refugee application to Canada ,how I apply can you respond and guide me please
