U cannot track your case now in portal coz the case is with IRB now and only counsel can track that

Giving people a realistic timeline is important. Some less complex cases are processed quite quickly while others take quite a long time.

How to know if my case is less complex? I got letter from ICAC. And it says regular hearing (3 hrs).

True, but also depends on factors like whether the RPD received a security screening confirmation from the CBSA; otherwise, the claim won't be determined without a hearing until they receive it.

I believe Claimant will ne requested for file review process only after they are cleared with CBSA screening . Without they got clearence , RPD wont ask for file review to claimant . I mean if you are asked for file review evidences from rpd that means you are good at CBSA Screening . Correct me if i am wrong
