Can only speak for Canada but your best chance is if you have friends or family who can sponsor you financially through a private sponsorship. You will have to be designated a refugee by UNHCR already. The other option is to get to Canada but that is much more difficult.

thank you for your reply, i don't have a sponsor, even my situation is not good. because i want to go to school and i don't have sponsor and i have the family so it is very difficult for me to go to school and iam the only son in the family i don't a brother. my father and mother become old. that is why i want to go out side my country to get job there so that i will help them. since you said there is no way. is ok.
