Refugee Denied Open Work Permit

I have for my open work permit under denied refugee claimant category. I am currently residing in PEI and I have a NOC B category job and will I be able to apply for PNP.

Normally you cannot since you must have valid status in Canada to apply for PR through an economic immigration stream.

But I have valid for an open work permit and the approval letter said that your application for temporary residence status have been approved.

What is going on with your asylum claim? If you are appealing you are still able to get a work permit. Unfortunately @scylla is right you won’t be able to use your work in Canada to apply for economic immigration.
