I am a newcomer and applied for asylum at the airport. The officer requested me to go to a URL and create an account on the IRCC portal and complete my application online. I have a wife and two children. We applied as a family.
I have filled up all required informaiton of myself and my family. The application status for me and my children indicates “Complete”. However, for my wife, it says “In progress”.
Although there were no any mistakes during filling the information through the consequentive webpages for each family member. I double checked my wife application’s information several times, and tried to sign out and log in several times as well. I used also another browser. I sent the CBSA an email on the glitch. Nope, this did not work.
The problem that there is a button at the bottom of the home page “save and continue” for the comperhenive application is greyed out and I can not carry on without having my wife application’s status as “complete”.
