I want to go to Canada by using RTD visa system but I'm presently living in Kazakhstan but I'm from Africa due to the negative political affairs for the youth a cause me not to travel anymore to my home country because youth are destroying lives because of politics the government is not applying good health for people no good schools for education of youth disaster are happening in my home country so I don't feel like going home anymore neither feel like staying in Kazakhstan because of the language barrier.I want to travel to Canada and become a Canadian citizen

RTDs are for people who have already been accepted as refugees. You do not qualify for one at this time. If you want to apply for refugee status in Canada, you have two options:

(1) Obtain a TRV (tourist visa) to Canada, fly to Canada and then claim asylum once you arrive. To be approved for a TRV, you will need to demonstrate you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

(2) Be officially identified as a refugee by UNHCR. To do this, you will need to contact UNHCR in Kazakhstan. UNHCR will then refer you to another country for resettlement - this may be Canada or it may be another country - you don't get to choose.
