Refual Or Banned In Canada

hello if in case of refusal or banned in Canada for 5 years gets affected on any of Europe countries work permit?
my future planning is for Europe
please also tell me will it be an effect on my Europe visitor visa application?

Not directly, but most countries ask for your prior immigration status in any country, and being banned by Canada will certainly raise questions no matter which class of visa you're applying for.
