Hi all,

Your advise will very much be appreciated......can someone who bears/share same family name/surname with me sign the reference letter from employer/company. As it is in my case, the CEO of the company under which my qualifying NOC falls is my brother-in-law...hence our last name is same. I wan wondering if its ok for him to sign ....if CIO won't feel it's "arrangee".

Looking forward to prompt responses/advice.

Thanks,
Flk.

Please help Rocky and other seniors. My case is genuine and truly I work for the company. Advise needed.

Thanks.

For a genuine case it should not be a problem. Do not try to hide that he is your brother in law during verification calls

Hi,

It will not be a problem. Let the letter be signed by the person who is responsible to sign them and as you mentioned in this case it will be your brother in law. Local Visa offices have sufficient amount of information about companies in India, regarding their working style and all other things.

Best of luck

Rocky and Ankit_20, thanks so much for the advise...I appreciate.

Happy cheers.
