Letter so that you can qualify for immigration. It leaves your future in the hands of someone who might not care less. Look in the FSW threads and search for reference letters. See what others have done to meet this requirement. All the best.

But for the duties they just gave me a separate paper where it's written all duties for the position and those duties are the same for all store managers ( my NOC 0621) but they are very detailed. Do you think if CIC won't like it they will ask me to provide a different letter or they just reject my application. I think with online application they can ask to clarify some documents right?
