Hi Guys,

I am going ahead with OINP application for my EE profile.

OINP requirements for FSWP regarding foreign work experience is minimum 1 year of continuous work experience in last 5 years in NOC O, A and B. But I also understand that if we apply for Ontario PNP then application will be assessed against Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCPS) and FSWP both. FSWP requirement is minimum 1 year experience in last 10 years. However, if we show more than 3 years of experience then we get maximum points in CRS calculation and I have also done the same. I created the profile in February 2016 and below is what I have shown in my profile.

1. May'2007-Jul'2008. Employer1 and I have shown it under NOC 1312 (B) .
2. Jul'2008-Aug'2010. Employer2 and I have shown it under NOC 1313 (B) .
Above two occupations has more than 3 years of work experience but since OINP requires minimum 1 year experience in recent 5 years therefore in my EE profile I have shown one more occupation from Nov'2013-Feb'2015 in NOC 1254 (B).

Now, according to my research, above 3 occupations will fulfil the requirements of both HCPS and FSWP. Now, I have few questions which are mentioned below.

1. Is my understanding correct that above 3 occupations will suffice both the requirements?
2. For the period, which I have not shown any experience in my EE profile, I was not unemployed during that time. I basically wanted to ask if it is mandatory to show all work experience that I have gained in last 10 years? What if I am not able to decide a suitable NOC for some of the occupations (excluding those mentioned above) that I have not mentioned in my EE profile?
3. In case if you guys feel that it is not mandatory to show all the work experience then in that case do I need to send LOE or something to OINP stating that I was not unemployed during this time period just that I could not find a suitable NOC for my profile.
4. Are there any negatives of showing gaps in EE and OINP profile?

Please help guys.

2. For the period, which I have not shown any experience in my EE profile, I was not unemployed during that time. What if I am not able to decide a suitable NOC for some of the occupations (excluding those mentioned above) that I have not mentioned in my EE profile? A: No issues as long as you fulfill the min. requirements for both HCPS and FSWP and have the appropriate reference letters for each you are safe.
3. In case if you guys feel that it is not mandatory to show all the work experience then in that case do I need to send LOE or something to OINP stating that I was not unemployed during this time period just that I could not find a suitable NOC for my profile. A: Although an LoE isn't warranted as you'll be anyway detailing them in your personal history ultimately, but writing one won't do any harm.
4. Are there any negatives of showing gaps in EE and OINP profile? A: There should not be any gaps in your Work and personal history section and Work section for e-APR and OINP respectively.

Please help guys.
