Hi Guys

I am able to get a reference letter from my HR and my immediate supervisor, but the problem is there is no way of getting it on my company's letter head.

wat wud be the best solution?

and what are all the things to be carried out in the letter

Please suggest.

cheers...!!!

My company's letter head is important and good to have, but still v have some options (My friend case)

He submitted salary slip, job role in company email and in paper signed by manager. Also he submitted AFF too... But bad thing is he had query/ additional question on this. Also he had interview...

Better try to get it in letter pad.. HR is best option for this...

There is no possibility to get in the company's letter head, there is no such way unless it is official. i dont know wat to do. I dont kno how immigration is asking such stuff which is impossible to achieve.

i can get the reference from my HR on a normal paper and get his ID card photocopied with his attestation on it. same for my immediate supervisor.

i can provide a letter for not getting one. will this help.

Feeling annoyed and frustrated.... :'( ??? ::) :(

It is not impossible to achieve as most of the applicants are able to acquire it. Agreed that this is not freely available, but it can be acquired none the less.

As you have said - Take the ref. letter from you HR/Supervisor on a Plain A4 paper and get their Business Card and/or copy of their Employee ID attached with it. Also, an official letter from the HR dept elaborating the reasons as to why they cannot provide you with an official ref. letter will also be helpful.

Good Luck!
