Reference letter query

Hi, so one of my colleagues whom I had asked to write a reference letter for me, has left the organization. so my question is whethr i attach his new visiting card or the old one?

thanks for reply asivad. but then if CIC gys call, he would be unreachable on those contact details...

write LOE, provide his old card as well as new card. tell them that he has changed organization.
