Hey guys, how are you?

Here is my situation:
My first work experience was a paid internship in an University project. I asked for the HR of the company that manages the internship for a reference letter. They gave me the reference letter, but said that they couldn't list my duties, simply because they didn't know what they were.
Then, I asked the internship supervisor for this letter. She gave me the letter, but couldn't include my salary, for reasons.

As a solution, I'm gonna send both letters and explain in the LoE why I have two letters for the same job.

But here lies my problem: the HR letter was writen in my language and needed to be translated and the supervisor letter was already in English. In this last letter, my job title is "Trainee" and in the letter that was translated my job title is "Intern". It was really hard to get the letters and I don't think I can get new ones of any of them. Is it gonna be an issue?

Another question that I have is that I was a Support Analyst Intern, but the letters just say Intern/Trainee. Should I leave my Job Title as Intern or can I put it as Support Analyst Intern?

I appreciate your help.

You should not provide any university document job related. The work experience doesn't count. They will not consider it

I've already asked that in other thread and if the work experience during university studies was outside Canada, it is counted.

So, my question still remains.

Yes, paid work experience during school outside Canada counts. The other posters are thinking of CEC. As to your question, the two LORs should be okay, and the difference between "trainee/intern" isn't substantial. Things get lost in translation, and the two words are close enough. If I were in your shoes, I would also include a brief LOE mentioning the need for the two LORs and why the different titles. I hope this helps. Best wishes to you.

Thank you, sir!

About the job title, after the internship I was hired as a Support Analyst. The letters and the contract just say Intern. Is it ok if I list the position as Support Analyst Intern or should I leave it as just Intern, like the letters?

I would err on the side of caution and just put "Intern". If you want to push it, go with "Intern (Support Analyst)".
