Reference Letter from Employer

Below is the reference letter from my employer, here he both mentioned my Official Title(NOC A) and also he mentioned that my duties are of (NOC B with a NOC B Title). I have ielts 8,6.5,6,5.5 so I cant apply under NOC A.

Even I sent all the below duties to HRDC asking the NOC code and they said the NOC B 2283 matches my duties. I will also be attaching the reply from the HRDC with my application.

SO will there be a issue with my official title in the company as a QA Analyst and applying under NOC B

Here is my Letter:

This is to confirm that ABC is currently working as full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent employee for XYZ with an annual salary of $123

Mr. ABC has been full time permanent employee for XYZ since June 4, 2012 till present. His Current position held is Quality Assurance Analyst.
Based on the duties performed by Mr.ABC his position is also evuivalent to Software Testing Technician (NOC B - 2283)

The following are the Duties perfomed by Mr.ABC:

•Gather Business, Functional and Use Case requirements and prioritized the
requirements for UAT test planning and test execution

•Analyze information and business requirements for the development of Test plan and Test scenarios.

•Analyze the Business and Functional Requirements to identify any missing gaps in Functionality

•Create Master and System Test Plan based on the Requirements

•Document detailed technical Test scenarios and Test Cases

•Identify and Create test data in the database based on Requirements

•Performed technical testing like Sanity, Functionality, System Integration, End to End, User Acceptance and Load testing (Performance Testing)

•Identify defects and report them to the development team and ensure the defects are resolved

•Created Execution status report and submitted to QA manager and rest of the team.

•Bug fixes retesting and executed regression tests scripts, to ensure stability of the software

Sorry but what exactly is your question here?
Ur noc code from the company matches with the noc code from hrsdc and that falls in skill B. That's all good but do u have 1 who year of experience already or ur waiting for June to come to gain 1 whole year?
And ur Ielts score ..how come u have 6 digits of evaluation. Its ideally only 4 modules..
What's ur overall score and did u give the general test?

So I asked my employer to me a title in noc b instead of noc a tiyle qa analyst, and he mentioned noc a title as welll as noc b (both) please refer in my above emploment letter

So now there are two titles in the letter noc a and noc b. I am not eligible under noc a

It is not required to mention the NOC in this letter. The visa officer will have a look at the job duties and decide accordingly. Even if you write, they will look at the duties and decide whether you are eligible..

As far as your case is, B or A it doesnt matter. They are both under skilled jobs.
