My reference letter from manager is not dated, it contains my exp from 03-Dec-2014 to till date, written like this. But the notarization stamp has a date on it. Will this cause rejection? What can I do?
Will this be considered as misrepresentation?

Suppose if they reject this exp then I have also submitted one more role letter from hr for other organisation, that has everything what cic expects. And my exp for that company is 4.2 years. So will they atleast consider that letter and check my score or straight away reject the application?

Can anyone please suggest something...will this be a case of misrepresentation. I don't no how my manager didn't put any date on the letter even I missed it.

Why would this be misrepresentation? You're not lying about anything. You're overthinking things. :)
If you can get a new letter, get a new letter. If not, use the letter you have, and if you're uncertain it's adequate, provide supplemental documents to help make your case stronger, such as pay slips, and your joining letter/original contract of employment.

I have already submitted the letter with payslip, offer letter and latest compensation letter and other tax related doc.

Will raise a cse and upload a new letter from manager with date. I hope that will be fine.
