Hi there! i have 2 questions need some help please
1-Living in geared to income preventing me to sponsor my husband (Co-Op) ?
2-Previous Marriage could rise red flags especially if that my husband (foreign national) was married a Canadian but never applied for immigration?
3-Therewere a Mistake on my marriage Licence,we didn't mention that my hubs was married before,but he is divorced ? should we apply or?
Please help !!

See a lawyer because your case seems a bit complicated.
 
Yes you should be able to apply although may want to doublecheck about your co-op housing. It isn't welfare so should be fine but before spending any money worth clarifying.

Thanks,we asked a Lawyer and he said our marriage is legal since there's no bars for our marriage and he's free to marry and we didn't violate the Canada Marriage act
 
We included his Divorce decree along with application also File size Marriage certificate which doesn't say about previous marriage/Relationships
