Recruiter ICT work permit to Canada

If you come to Canada on an ICT visa, no LMIA is required.
To qualify for an ICT, your role has to be an executive role. A recruitment role won't qualify. An LMIA will be required.
How about appying in specialised knowledge category?
Actually i already applied with the same category with internal products expertise?
It's hard to say - it would depend on the role and supporting evidence. It won't work for a recruitment role - but it may work for another role if your company is able to demonstrate that you do in fact have specialized knowledge.
as above possibly if in an executive or senior manager role
