Reconsideration letter or appeal

my application was returned by CIO saying that it is deemed incomplete due to payment issues, while my bank clearly says that my credit card has been charged but amount not claimed by CIC. I feel I have a strong case and error is on the part of CIC.

what are the options;

where can I send letter for reconsideration ?

would appeal at the federal court be a viable option ?

which of the above two to adopt ?

Hi,

If you have applied through consultancy and signed any document of Immigration lawyer, you can appeal provided if u have valid proof of CC deduction by CIC.

OR

You can consult any Immigration lawyer and proceed with him. These people can help you. Sometimes CIC makes mistakes, so if they do so, we should claim across. But if you are hiring an Immigration lawyer, it would be costly to process your case. Costs depends on how complicated your case will be. But ur case looks simple.

Before proceeding, make sure with bank of deduction and get hard copy. If CIC tries to deduct from ur CC and fails for 2 or 3 times, then CIC will not attempt again, which leads to refusal of ur application.

Many people had problem with CC charging and got declined, returned back their applications. After getting confirmation from bank proceed with any Immigration lawyer. They can help you.
