"Recommend Pass" Question

I called cic today to confirm my eligibility, I was told the representative can see under the Eligibility section says "recommend pass", however it's not finalized yet. If it is, it'll say a finalized date and "passed". Is it sure that I can say my eligibility is passed at this stage? Under what circumstances that the officer may change it to not pass? Thanks for your help!

What stage are you in now? IP2 or what does your BGC status shows?

I would say you can think that it will be passed, because they already recommended this. I am in IP2, Aug 20 AOR. I think you did order the notes, and I'm waiting for mine to come.

What about your criminality and bgc? Did they say anything about those?

No i didn't ask. The eligibility was the thing I'm worried. I'll find out my criminality and security later on my notes anyway .

Aw alright. What I think that it should be fine. If they recommended pass, then the next person should do a final review and pass eligibility. I'm also kinda concerned, so I am also wanting to see what my note says. I should be getting this by Nov 15, and I'll let you know what I have.
