Hi im a canadian,i was foolishly trying to bring my girlfriend an American to Canada, for a few months. The cbsa decided to give us an exclusion order instead,.Now that ive had sufficient time to reflect, they were in the right and we should have followed proper channels to accomplish this. However my girlfriend has waited the year plus a few months and would just like to visit me for a week ,was wondering do i need an arc,im looking for (IMM 0056B) which i don"t have. I have the exclusion order and a confirmation of departure the form number says (IM 5292) on it.Basically do i need an arc or is she good to go,im very confused.

If she received a 1 year exclusion order, and a year has passed, then she doesn't require an ARC. She should expect to be questioned very closely on entry, and so she better have all the right answers.
