recipt of bank draft

i was submitted my documents in june 2010,and processing start in august 2010,october 18 i recived AOR With bank draft,and told me that i send new bank draft ,i send new bank draft in 3 november 2010,i got email to day that CHC LONDON still awaiting for recipt of ur new bank draft what does this mean,even i make the new draft in london and send by specail delivery.

It means that your new draft has not reach them yet. How did you send it ? If it was sent by courier or registered post initiate a trace. if you have a scanned copy of the draft ,email it to CHC London and advise them of when it was sent and how.
