Can you provide us with your complete history?

- When did you first arrive in Canada?
- How was the adoption carried out? Was it done through proper channels?
- How old were you when you were adopted? Were you an orphan (i.e. both parents deceased)?
- What country are you originally from?
- What is your current status in Canada?
- Who are your adopted parents and what is their status in Canada? If they are citizens, when did they become citizens and how?
