Heavy duty truck driver work permits are typically refused when the applicant does not have the required past work experience. There are many cases where people apply who have experience driving trucks, but not heavy duty trucks and not long distances.

The reason may be that you need to be licensed in the province you are working out of. Are you licensed as heavy duty truck driver?
