Recent PR, No PRTD- Need to Travel Urgently Advise Plzz

Hello,

I am a recent PR under express entry, applied for PR card on August 11th, 2017 but still haven't received PR card yet. Called CIC since its been more than the normal processing time the agent informed me that it will take further 6 more weeks to get my PR card. I need to travel to India urgently for an emergency in 10 days time around Nov 6th, 2017. I want to return back to Canada as well around Nov 10th, 2017 (I will lose my job If I am absent for more than that ).

Please help me. I am looking for advice on my options here!!

You will leave on 6th and come back on 10. And no change in this. Then Only option for you is to land in US and travel by a private vehicle- Prepaid taxi will also do. you should have Valid US visa(Visitor visa)

The dates are more or less the same, not much leeway other than a couple of days back and forth. Luckily, I do have a valid US visitor Visa. I am thinking of renting a car from Alamo, drive through the border and return the car again in Canada. I live in Regina and I am just wondering which airport and which borders will help make this already complicated process a little easier?
