Hello,
Does anyone know if there are any recency requirements for documents other than that the photos must be taken within 6 months? For example, do the copies of the birth certificates or anything need to be within six months? Obviously, things to prove you live together shouldn't need to be recent, but we don't want to cause a delay by sending in old copies if it says somewhere in the complete guide to send documents printed within a time frame (like the police certificate or health check can expire). Can't find anything in the complete guide, so any links or help would be appreciated!

Edit:
Found it in the country specific requirements section.
For the ROK
  • A copy and certified translation of the “Family Relation Certificate” issued within six months of the date of application.

Submit the documents and forms as required in the checklist.......use the recent version of the forms.

Sponsoring your spouse, partner or dependent child

its not mandatory copy of the birth certificates has to be issued within six months......refer the sponsorship guide, checklist, and country specific requirements for clarification on documents......IRCC will indicate if any document is required to be recent or issued within a specific time, e.g.,

Korea (Republic of) – Instruction(s) for documents
If the principal applicant holds a passport from this country, they must submit:
  • A copy and certified translation of the “Family Relation Certificate” issued within six months of the date of application.
