Receiving International Calls on Canadian Cell Number

Dear Friends,
I will be doing a soft landing in the end of November and return to my present job for maybe a year or so. During this time, while I am out of Canada, I wish to have Canadian Cell Number and receive call from Canada on this number even while I am outside Canada. Can you suggest me the possible and economical ways of doing so.
