Hello everyone
My husband is the sponsor and I am the PA (Outland spouse application). He applied in September and we received AOR in November. two days back, I got request for medicals which I have done now. The hospital will send the reports after 5 days.
In my AOR letter, they have mentioned that some documents are missing. We called the CIC and the agent said I need to send police certificate and passport sized photos (missing documents). However after linking my application online, I got no request/information for submitting my PCC. I only got message to conduct my medical exam which I did. Now I am confused, shall I prepare my PCC now or when they send msg in online account? And where should I submit? Send via email because I cannot find any link in online account.
P.S. We did not attached PCC with our application.

Please help. Its really confusing.

If you've been requested for PCC and or Schedule A follow these instruction to upload them from your CIC GCKey account. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1310&top=23

But if you don't see the request on your CIC profile, there is a technical problem with your account. This was common for April 2017 applicants. You can upload them using webform (as a "technical difficulties" type of enquiry which is selected from the first drop down menu) Just explain that you've been requested to submit Document X and Y but the upload link is missing on your profile. That's what we ended up doing. The link is https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

It'll can take a few weeks for them to acknowledge that they received it but don't worry if you're hard up against a deadline. They will see the date you uploaded it and as long as that is before any deadline they gave you, you'll be fine.

I don't know the answer to the request for the photos though. You may need to physically mail those in.
