Received the UCI and not able to link to account

Mailed my PR Renewal Application on June 23, 2022
Recvd UCI: August 22, 2022

I tried to go online to check the status as well as link my application to my account, but it says:
Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.

Any idea how I can track my application?

I am now able to see the status and it has changed to "In Process". So I guess it takes a day for the UCI to load and show the status of application
