Received Test invite but unable to take the test

Hi All,

I received Test invite to take Test. Even I logged into to take the test after in the test time window. But i am unable to take the test as it says i am not being invited for the test. I already sent an email to the email id listed while i received the test invite.

Just wondering if anyone is also facing the same issue and what would be the next steps after the email.

try using a different browser or even different laptop. Do not use your phone internet. Make sure you are using the supported browsers and not internet explorer

I had tried in 2 different laptops and Chrome and Safari too. Still getting the same.

April 30 2021 - 20 May 2021. I tried on 30 April and even today

wait up till Monday and try again and if still unable to give test, then Contact IRCC with the email address given in the test invite letter
