My husband phoned CRA about 10 days ago to ask for his most recent Option C printout. Yesterday we received a document from them but we have no idea of what this Option C thingy should look like. The document we received is a single page and at the top it says "Income Tax Return Information-Regular", then a few lines of text (numbered) such as gross business income, net income, total deductions, non-refundable tax credits, etc. At the bottom it says "Schedule 6".
Is this it?
