Received PR card rejection letter for someone who isn't me!

Hi all,
My partner and I are waiting to receive our first PR cards. It has been 12 weeks so far so we're quite anxious. Last night we both received emails with letters attached that said that the PR photographs were rejected. However, both these letters are addressed to other people!! The names, UCIs and application IDs are not ours!
Should we just ignore this? Could it be that our own photos were rejected but we got sent the wrong letters by mistake?
We're both based in the UK so it's very difficult to find the right contact to resolve this. I have filled out the web enquiry form on CIC but obviously won't hear back for a few days at least.

You should let CIC know as soon as possible as this is a serious breach of privacy.

may be the photos u sent is different from the one on your passports,

Thanks. I phoned the call centre and told them. This has all been resolved now. Turned out our photos were rejected too but they sent us the wrong letter!
