Received PPR, need to send my Passport

Hi all, I just received my PPR and have been requested to send my Passport. However the mail is unclear about the address I need to send it to. I reside in India, can someone who has gone through the process advise or help out with the mailing address. The two address choices I see in the mail are
CPC – Ottawa – PR
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON
K1G 4B9

OR

CPC – Ottawa – PR
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON

I think there's a process for changing Visa Office
probably raise a CSE.

I think you can submit CSE for VO change. Can you please tell us your timeline?

You have to send an email here CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but check on your letter if its same because im in Canada I don't know if we receive the same Ready for Visa.
