Received Passport Request

Hello All,

I have sponsored my husband from India....

We sent our application in April 2011
In May 2011, we received letter from Canadian Embassy saying we qualify
Just a week ago, they asked my husband to submit passport, he sent it right away

Would any one know how long it will take to issue visa?

Also do they send any application forms back, that were orginally sent with application?

It can take anytime from 1 month - 5 months, usually ppl get it within 3 months.
