Received no answer from port of spain office

The port of spain office requested additional info which i send but forgot to add the file number however the documents has on both my husband and i date of birth and local indentification card no's and his passport info however i send an email and a fax explaining the error but no one from they office has contact either of us by mail or email . i am really worried should i be? can anyone advice me?
