I need some help from your knowledge and experiences. I have recently received my MPNP nomination and received its points in my EE profile as well. I need to know, in order to fasten the process, will it be okay to obtain/give biometrics before I receive a federal nomination? or it has to be after the nomination from federal is received via EE ?
