Received medical exam instructions despite uploading proof of upfront medical exam

Hello. I am a Pakistani student applying to Canada. I have just submitted my study permit application a week ago and have received a message instructing me to get a medical exam done within 30 days. Problem is I already uploaded proof of my upfront exam before submitting the application and I was told over a month ago that my results had been uploaded to emedical. There is also no option being shown to me where I would upload anything if I had to.

Please help!

Upload the medical using the instruction

IMEI # will be diff for both - Attach a LOE and explain

Some people go ahead get a fresh medical done using the new IMEI as well
