Tody I recieved this mail from CPCO-FinalRequest:

“The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa.”

Then they mentioned 3 step to mail the passports to below address:
CPCO – PR VISA
Passports Submission
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON
K1G

Any idea about this or anyone else got this ?

My AOR was on 16 Nov 2018

Everyone who is approved gets this. Read the email carefully and follow the instructions to mail your passport (or passport copies if you are from a visa-exempt country) and photos to the indicated visa office with a self-addressed return envelope. They will send you your Confirmation of Permanent Residence document, which is evidence that you've been approved for permanent residence, and approve your application online. You will then have to get your CoPR signed before its expiration date in order to officially become a permanent resident.

Congrats. :)

Thanks.
I am in Canada right now. Do I need to re-enter after stamping ?
You can either go to the border and "flagpole" (turning around and re-entering Canada immediately after entering the states-- call ahead if you're going to do this because some of these places limit the days and times they allow this to happen) or schedule an appointment at an office within Canada. Only flagpoling requires you to (technically) leave and re-enter Canada.

If you’re already in Canada
We’ll contact you and let you know what to do next.

You’ll need to have a short interview with an officer. You have two options for your interview:
  • make an appointment at one of our offices in Canada (best option)
  • go to a Canadian “port of entry” (border crossing), and present:
    • proof that you have the funds to support yourself and your family
    • your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) and your permanent resident visa (if we gave you one)
During the interview the officer will:
  • make sure all your documents are valid
  • ask you a few questions to make sure you still meet the terms to immigrate to Canada
  • confirm your Canadian mailing address, so we can mail your permanent resident card (PR card)
If you change your address within 180 days of getting your status, you must tell us using the web form.

Thanks for this useful link.
I think scheduling an appointment within Canada is better and convenient ?
Your opinion on this please?
