Hi All,

I have received an ITA on October 3rd draw. I am currently in process of collecting all the documents. I have a query regarding uploading these documents with the applications.

  • I need to upload multiple documents for work experience i.e. generic experience letters, promotion letters, payslips, etc. Should I make one PDF file of all the documents and upload the same under the respective header?
  • I saw that in the upload document list it shows 'multiple' only to the nationality document and rest all it has not mentioned it, what does this mean? Will I be able to upload the documents as mentioned above even though it does not say 'multiple'
  • Also, there is no place to upload the Letter of Explanation. Where should I upload the same?
Thank you in advance for the help.

1. Yes one pdf
2. You can only upload one file for others
3. It's the 'client information' field

1. Multiple documents should be scanned, converted to pdf and merged together to form a single pdf document. It must not be more than 4mb size. For example, experience letter, offer letter, payslips, tax documents etc. should be merged together in a single pdf file and should be uploaded in respective proof of employment place holder.

2. If you have multiple passports or multiple pcc then seperate placeholders will be created.

3. Your letter of explanation should go in 'Client Information' placeholder. If you cannot see it then login logout multiple times or change browser or try incognito mode. If you have multiple things to explain then you can write them under different headings and upload as one pdf document.
