Hello All,
I have below scenario, please help me what are my possibilities to get PR asap.
I already received ITA. Me and my wife are staying in Canada, My wife is pregnant and she wants the baby to be delivered in India, as it will be easy if she stays with her mom. I have done Medical exam for me and my spouse. Have all the required documents. If my PR is approved and if I get call for interview, then what are my options.
1. My wife can't join me for interview. ( Accompanying Dependent ).
2. Will my PR also be rejected since my dependent is not in Canada.
3. How shall I proceed now.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated,
NOTE : My wife is not willing to have the baby delivered in Canada

You are overthinking. Your application won't be rejected for this.
Let IRCC know when the time comes and they'll give you options.

You need to discuss the Canada option again.

If she leaves, you will have to sponsor her and the child for PR. There is a very good chance that they will not be able to come to Canada during the sponsorship process, which can take up to a year. You would be required to live in Canada for the entire process, with a few short visits of a few weeks generally being allowed.
