Received Interest from Ontario - Employer is denying detailed job letter

I received Interest from Ontario to obtain nomination but my employer is saying they can't give me detailed job duty letter, as it would help me move out of current job. They can only provide letter which list my designation, salary and start date.

What are my other options to prove that I am really working as software developer ?
