Received COPR - before entry to Canada do we need to redo medical (did over 1 yr)?

Myself, wife and child have received our COPR as a part of Express Entry:

- COPR valid until 15th July 2020
- Medical tests done on 28th July 2018 (around 1 year and 6 months ago)

Please could you kindly advice if we need to undertake the medical exam once again before entering into Canada?
