Hello, I have received hard copies of Confirmation of Permanent Residence on 2018 January 3rd, and sent back to the office with my two PR photos and signed papers.

Then, I waited for two months and learned that the mail wasn't received.

I checked my tracking number and it was delivered on January 8th 2018.... Since then, I kept asking them to send me another copies of CoPR, so I can follow up again, but another two months has passed without any mail...

Is there any option for me to get my CoPR again?

If I already got CoPR (not with me..., but I guess the government system should have it), would landing through the border be any help?

So frustrated with this delivery issue or missing information....

Others who got CoPR and sent back got their answers within two weeks, and it has been more than 4 months for me now...

Why not send an email reminder to the VO regarding the issue..........in your email include your earlier mail Courier Name and Tracking Number you earlier used to send the docs and photos to the VO.........look at the last few months........dealing with IRCC is a wait game.

Hello Wakki, I sent this mail to the following address - 1010 Saint-Antoine St W, Montreal, QC H3C 1B2, and I have the email address - IRCC.MTLExpress-ExpressMTL.IRCC@cic.gc.ca, but I don't think they check emails...

I have sent two emails in March, but no response from this email, so the only way I have been contacting CIC is through IRCC Web form...

Do you think going through a flag pole (crossing border to just enter back) will do any difference for me??

Maybe you should also call IRCC by phone 1-888-242-2100 regarding the document you sent to IRCC.

Not sure about going through the flag pole (crossing border to just enter back)..

Hope others in this forum on this site could help provide you with advice.....
