Obviously he didn't get an AIP before BVL. That's a no brainer.

I agree it is highly unlikely, but you can't go wrong with making sure. Especially with the case on twitter that claims to have received an AIP and then refusal.

no i didn't receive Aip , i am.living jn riyadh and am pakistan but j am resident here both times they refused on basis of immigration status in country of residence and purpose of

It is common for many GCC residents who don't have very strong ties to their country of residence and home country. It's better if you apply from Pakistan.
