Received AOR1, But my FBI PCC is pending

I had one issued on March 02, 2017, and my application was filed on Sep 14, 2017, 12 days short to meet that 6 month requirement, so my old FBI PCC is expired.

Now, my AOR1 arrived on Oct. 25, 2017, and I just sent my fingerprinting to FBI yesterday (I cannot use FBI Channeler service), it will take probably 3 month to process.

If anyone can enlightening me that CIC will set my case aside for 3 months, then resume the processing after they receive my new FBI PCC? Or they will keep processing my application?

They will do medical while waiting for pccs unless something unusual shows up. They got my pccs as the last document and finished my app once they got them.
